ABOUT KYROS
Kyros seeks to eliminate the treatment gap for individuals experiencing Substance Use Disorder by increasing the availability of personalized, effective and timely services and continuously removing the barriers to accessing them.
THE PROBLEM
The Recovery Wellness Plan is a tool that Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS) and their clients use to set goals related to the client’s recovery process. The plan they were using was a bit too clinical and was simply a google doc that CPRS would have to print to PDF and then upload onto the Kyros Platform.on, the redesigned portal introduced new features and enhancements to address user needs effectively. This case study explores the process, observations, proposed solutions, and outcomes of the redesign effort.
